The patented Armored Closet has door modules that are made entirely of 1/4″ steel plate. Walls and ceiling panels are made of 3/16″ steel plate. All steel is powder coated (beige hammered semi gloss finish). We modify all sizes to fit your closet size at no additional expense.

We Googled tornado shelters in existing homes and up came Armored Closet! We checked them out and had our son, who has an emergency management degree, check them out and finally ordered one. They had to bring it from Texas, but it was worth it!
I cannot thank you enough. This has really eased my mind and I feel much better knowing I have a safe place to go in the event of a storm. And if, God forbid, there is a storm big enough to level my house, and the closet is the only thing left standing…I will take a photo of the closet for you to use as proof that it lives up to its promise!
